  3. 10–15: Mental off-ramp: picture drifting in space.
  4. 15–20: Gentle release: small stretches, move slowly.
  5. 20–25: Stillness: quiet sound, eyes closed, no effort.
  6. 25–30: Sleep entry: “I don’t have to sleep. I just have to rest.”
